Delivery service

The delivery schedule may be adjusted based on weather conditions. Please note that the delivery fee is non-refundable, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery timings. If you require the driver to bring the mattress inside your home, please be prepared to provide assistance. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the pathway is clear of snow, ice, and any other obstacles that could impede the driver’s access to the home. Delivery is offered throughout Ontario. For qualifying orders over $1500 before applicable taxes and fees delivery is free. The location must be within a 30km radius of our warehouse location to qualify. **If you are a resident outside of the radius, please fill out the form below and a member of our team will respond within 24-28 hours with a shipping quote.**

Custom orders:

All custom orders are considered final sale. We highly recommend that you thoroughly verify all measurements before submitting your order to ensure satisfaction.

 

Warranty information

Please verify the warranty duration for the mattress you are purchasing with your sales associate. For mattress repairs, the item must be transported to our warehouse. If you are unable to do so, a minimum delivery charge of $129, plus HST, will be incurred for both pickup and drop-off. Please be aware that this fee is non-negotiable. An invoice must be presented to qualify for warranty repairs. Upon arrival at the warehouse, the mattress will be subject to inspection. Rishi Mattress reserves the right to deny warranty service if there are clear signs of misuse if the purchase date is misrepresented, or if the mattress has not been properly maintained according to our care guidelines. Furthermore, furniture is covered by a one-year limited warranty, and any repair actions will only proceed after receiving approval from the supplier. Please note that Rishi Mattress reserves the right to refuse service if any foul language or aggressive behavior is directed towards our employees.

Return/Exchange Policy

You may exchange your mattress within 14 days of the purchase date if you are not completely satisfied. To be eligible for the exchange, the mattress must be free of any rips, stains, tears, or damage. Please be aware that the store retains the right to deny an exchange upon the presentation of the mattress for return. Furthermore, please note that all furniture items, bed sheets, mattress protectors, pillows, and clearance products are classified as FINAL SALE.

Refunds:

Please be advised that refunds for your purchase are only available if explicitly stated otherwise. To qualify for a refund, the order must be canceled within 24 hours.

Delivery:

Delivery services are offered throughout Ontario, though charges may apply. Please be aware that we provide door-to-door delivery only. If assistance is needed for setting up the product in a specific location within your home, you may request support.
